What will be keeping you busy?

And let’s be clear, you will be busy. You’ll be first point of contact for any outplacement delegates that are referred through to Chiumento. You will be responsible for understanding their needs and assigning resources to help them secure their desired outcome as quickly as possible. You’ll act as their ‘career concierge’ – helping them to get the most out of the vast range of resources on offer. That will include guiding them to the right e-learning, webinar or setting up on-line meetings with our specialist coaches. You will also provide immediate advice when it’s appropriate. The key thing is that you’ll manage the budget and resources for each delegate and ensure that records are kept up to date and invoices are despatched on time.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are tech savvy, work at pace and are commercially aware – you’ll be managing budgets and suppliers to deliver an integrated and seamless experience. Experience of the recruitment market will mean you’ll know how to help people get job ready fast. You’ve also had experience of dealing directly with corporate customers.

What might you be doing today?

You’ll almost certainly have recruitment experience but if you’ve worked I an outplacement environment that would also be of interest - we just need to be confident you are up-to-date with the latest trends and developments. You’ll have to convince us that you are commercially-minded and can help us drive profit as well as service excellence. You’ll love technology and will be able to demonstrate that you can work effectively in a virtual team. That requires a different skill set to being office-based. Our culture is built on trust so we need to know that you can work in an environment based on leadership not “hand-holding” management and supervision.
