Learning and Development Manager
We are seeking a pragmatic and commercial Learning and Development Manager to lead and deliver on our clients organisational learning and development strategy, ensuring that capability is aligned to new strategy and key imperatives.
You will manage the delivery of business focused organisational development and learning and development activities, building the effectiveness and capability of managers and colleagues.
This is a broad role and key deliverables will include the implementation and maintenance of a new Leadership skills framework to include the design and delivery of a new Leadership Development Programme for senior managers. You will be adapt at interpreting strategic plans and partnering with key stakeholders to determine current and future capability requirements across the business, exploring L&D best practice and integrating as applicable.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the ability to lead on all aspects of the learning lifecycle; learning needs analysis, design and development, solution implementation, facilitation and evaluation and you will offer experience of programme management on development programmes in particular Leadership programmes.
