Our client, operating in the Legal Sector, is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their large HR function on a 9 month FTC initially.

Description

Working within an ER team, the role of the Employee Relations Advisor will include but will not be limited to:

  • Commercially advising line managers (formally and informally) on ER issues
  • Performance and Capability management
  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues to hear and appeal stages
  • Advising the business on change programmes (TUPE/redundancies)
  • Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Implementing new ideas (i.e. flexible working application process)
  • Supporting on project work on an ad hoc basis
  • Dealing with ad hoc reporting and analysis

Profile

Job Offer

The chosen Employee Relations Advisor will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong demonstrable ER exposure (full life cycle)
  • CIPD qualification ideal but not essential
  • Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for case work
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Experience of HR systems
