DACH HR Director
€130,000-€150,000 + bonus

I am looking for a DACH HR Director to join a fast-growing financial services organization in Dusseldorf. Someone who has worked in global, matrix organizations previously is desirable, having ideally worked on large-scale culture change.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate for this will be a key member of the people leadership team within this organization. The role is responsible for partnering closely with the executive team by creating strong relationships in order to design and execute the people agenda that will see the business achieve its ambitious objectives.

You will operate as a business partner to the senior leadership executives being their trusted advisor on people strategy. You will need the credibility to influence the people agenda, while also being operationally driven, focused on executing on multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead people by embedding group values, respecting consumers and treating them fairly and showing compassion

Lead, inspire, and engage hr teams to deliver strategic goals whilst being fully aware of the company's purpose, mission, and values

Drive a culture of high performance

Encourage and maintain optimum employee relations by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiations with the worker's counsel, ensuring effective engagement and communication

Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Work extremely closely with the Group HR Director to drive a high-performance culture and enable delivery of the business strategy

Required Experience:

Extensive people strategy experience with a successful track record of generalist hr at a senior level. Ideally, with a background in Talent Management as a large part of a previous role.

Effective background in leading international teams with a positive influence on exceptional performance

Strong track record of HR delivery in a number of different, challenging environments

First class influencing and communication skills

Strong business acumen

Ability to speak high level German and English
