Recruitment Officer, £28k plus benefits, Slough, Perm
Due to continuous success and expansion, our client a leading care provider, is currently seeking a Recruitment Officer to join their existing HR team and support the growth of the business. This position is being offered on a full time and permanent basis and will be based in Slough.
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, the Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment processes which will include developing recruitment campaigns, designing selection techniques, interviewing and onboarding, specifically for support positions within the care sector.
Manage the end to end recruitment process in house.
Building and maintaining relationships with line managers throughout the recruitment process
Conducting recruitment interviews including telephone and face to face
Managing vacancies on vacancy boards and various candidate attraction media
Making recruitment decisions and providing feedback
Onboarding and compliance for new starters.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have proven experience of end to end recruitment processes, which must include interviewing experience and a good knowledge of modern recruitment techniques (such as LinkedIn) and other direct sourcing channels. You will be experienced in supporting management teams with structured recruitment from candidate application through to on boarding. You will need to have worked within a high volume recruitment environment and have experience of recruiting within a healthcare setting.
