Senior HR Advisor
I am currently working with a UK wide property firm, they have a vacancy within their HR team for a Senior HR Advisor. The broad generalist role covers all areas of the HR function. It offers excellent exposure for an experienced HR professional looking for a step away from the administrative function.
The diverse role will act as the first point of contact on most HR related queries.
The role will encompass recruitment, employee relations, graduate recruitment, development and employee life cycle, as well as general operational roles.
The role is aligned to 330 employees, including 90 partners. It covers both fee earners and business services.
Will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects.
Will have a proactive and hands on approach to working
Ideally, the candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards it, sponsorship for CIPD is available.
You must be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and have HR Generalist experience. Only applications from candidates who have spent time working in HR will be considered. Understanding of TUPE or CIPD qualification is highly desirable, although, not essential if the candidate has HR generalist experience.
