This is a fantastic role where you will be getting involved in every aspect of the L&D spectrum, reporting directly into the Head of L&D. You will be responsible for providing a consistently high level of service across both fee-earners and business support area's, designing & delivering programmes across the full training cycle and collaborating with the wider HR team on a range of project work to deliver on the firmwide strategy.
You must have a background in L&D, ideally within the professional services industry and a genuine interest for training and development.
You must also have excellent organisational and communication skills and a flexible approach to all work and tasks, including the ability to build relationships across all levels of the firm.
