Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist
My North Manchester based client is seeking an experience Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their organisation for a period of 4-6 months.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you will oversee the day to day requirements around compensation, pensions and benefits, as well as the annual pay review and performance pay process. You will also support the business with the final implementation stage of a new benefits portal alongside reviewing and evaluating role profiles and analysis.
The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and be an experienced C&B professional with specific experience in job evaluation.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering a successful comprehensive and cohesive Reward & Benefits strategy as well as having a detailed understanding of flexible benefits structures available in the marketplace. Exposure to stakeholder management, ability to influence and engage at all levels is also essential.
This position is available on a day rate of £300 - £375 and there will be some national travel involved.
