Part time Payroll & Finance Officer
Pattern of hours will be as follows: From June to February - 40 hours per month across the first 2 weeks/10 days of the month / March to May - 80 hours per month across the first 2 weeks/10 days of the month. Our client is open as to how the work is completed and over which days ie mornings or afternoons or across 4 or 5 days but must be completed as the above pattern outlines. This is an unusual work pattern - please do not apply if this arrangement is not viable for you. The hours total an equivalent of 30% FTE across the year in terms of total hours. Our client seeks a versatile, accomplished payroll & finance officer who can support this 110 employee business. You will be required to complete all monthly payroll processing tasks, HMRC reports and payments as well as P11D and P60 processing. There is also a requirement for this individual to carry out the analysis and reconciliation of all employee expenses. Ideally you will have professional services, property or real estate experience, have strong background experience in payroll and general finance positions. You must have advanced Excel skills (to handle compex formulae), strong numeracy and attention to detail and be adept at ledger reconciliation and basic accounting including posting journals. You will liaise with internal stakeholders on queries and technical questions. Salary up to £45k FTE being offered Superb benefits package offered.
