We are currently seeking a Comp & Bens Manager for our Manchester based client, £250 - £300 per day for a period of 4 to 6 months.

About the Compensation & Benefits Manager Role

As the Compensation & Benefits Manager in this 4 to 6 month interim assignment you will ensure oversee all Comp & Bens activity until the announcement of the new structure of the HR function in early 2018. Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited too;

  • Monitor the reward strategies and policies in line with the organisations strategic objectives
  • Collect data around salaries and benefits from organisations inside and outside of the industry
  • Maintain the salary and job framework, undertake job evaluations and facilitate the process of creating new roles
  • Overseeing existing pension arrangements ensuring that they remain compliant
  • Ensure that the benefits available are promoted whilst managing budgets effectively

About you the Compensation & Benefits Manager

As the Comp & Bens Manager you will have previously held a C&B role or held a role with a large focus on managing Comp & Bens within a large organisation. You will have a commercial approach to your work, with the ability to align reward policy to reward objectives as well as;

  • Experience of working in customer focused environment
  • A high degree of analytical skills
  • Experienced in project management
  • Advanced IT skills
