We're working with a global financial services firm on an exciting opportunity for a specialist in graduate development and training to join their talent team at a time of rapid positive transformation.

Based in their London office you'll support the overall talent strategy, initiatives and people processes globally. Therefore, this position will suit a specialist in graduate development whom is willing and able to broaden their remit in talent development.

Responsibilities will include:

Work with Talent Managers to establish core curriculum, managing the end to end process and changing programme content

Responsible for the development of graduates, from coordinating programmes, monitor content and work with training providers

Partner with areas of the business, ensuring that the Talent team offer high quality and innovative solutions

Manage feedback and evaluation of training and development

Maintain working relationships with external partners, monitoring performance

Deliver internal training as required

Be part of HR led projects, and other global talent projects as necessary

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

Have experience in graduate development and programme management ideally within the financial services sector

Have experience facilitating training

Be educated to degree level or equivalent

Be a team player and one whom will contribute to the overall team delivery and business objectives
