Global Benefits Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced, international brand. As part of the global Pensions and Benefits team, this role will be responsible for providing consultancy support on employee benefits. Duties will include leading projects to implement benefit plan changes as well as formulating and recommending changes to benefits provision in accordance with legislation. You will also prepare papers for Global Benefit committees and Trustee Boards.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have proven experience of international benefits. You will have commercial acumen to be aware of the bottom-line impacts of pensions and benefits initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied portfolio is a must along with strong comprehension and analytical skills.
