We are very pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our large service sector client to recruit their new part time HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager and alongside an experienced HR team, you will work remotely within the Newcastle office providing a true operational HR service to your group of key stakeholders and managers.
Providing an excellent advisory service will be key to your success and adopting a hands on approach to coaching and facilitating during a range of employee related cases will make up a significant part of your role. Working closely and assisting with Recruitment and Learning & Development will also be required.
We’re looking for individuals who are established HR Generalists, enjoy a traditional and varied operational HR role and are confident working with multiple stakeholders groups across a large business network.
The working hours will be divided across 3 days per week however the working pattern is very flexible as are the working hours. Travel will be minimal although you will be required to visit other central offices occasionally (approximately once per month) and the benefits are fantastic.
