The Head of Diversity & Inclusion provides global leadership and strategic direction for diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.

  • Implement the global diversity & inclusion strategy ensuring company is at the forefront of D&I trends. Bring to / develop within best practice to deliver the Think Forward Strategy which includes:

    • Ensure Diversity and Inclusion is incorporated in all processes
    • Track metrics to analyse and support D&I initiatives. Redesign processes/metrics aiming at continuous improvement
    • Provide thought leadership and maintain and share knowledge of D&I best practices and technologies that enable continued process optimisation and efficiency
    • Collaborate with teams and individual employees to keep all talent engaged through diversity programs, e.g. employee groups as LGBT, mentoring, etc…
  • Interpret Global Business Requirements - assess industry trends and policies and understand implication of the market context
  • Define globally consistent HR framework and approach- define global approaches, monitor the common use of policies and manage the HR portfolio
  • Design, maintain and make available HR products: policies, standards, metrics, tools, templates that are aligned to the business strategy, produced by the CoE and handed over to HRBPs and People Services
  • Ensure that HR solutions are relevant - act as project executive of the implementation of HR solutions, ensuring that global designed solutions are relevant in the countries
  • Leadership of Diversity and Inclusion specialists, build the community of expertise
  • Answer tier 3 questions and advisory - Provide expert advice, guidance and insights to HR and the business as required

  • 10+ years as a senior HR professional working in Diversity and Inclusion. Knowledge of best-in-class diversity & inclusion technologies and solutions
  • Proven ability to create strategy and to translate this into workable business solutions
  • Experience of managing in a matrixed global environment essential
  • Leadership skills - direct team and leading through partnership
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results through a variety of stakeholders
  • Track record of driving changes through influencing and communication
  • Programme management skills
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to build rapport and to operate effectively with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds
