Learning & Development Manager
Ashley Kate HR are currently working in partnership with a not for profit company who are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their team in St Albans.
This is a great opportunity to join a business who really value the development of their employees. You will be required to Define, develop and produce learning and development opportunities for all employees and provide an excellent service meeting strategic aims.
You will be responsible for;
Developing and delivering a Learning and Development work plan to underpin the people strategy
Lead, manage and ensure high performance within the L&D team in line with values, policies and procedures
Be an advocate for Learning and Development, raising awareness of the benefits across internal stakeholders
Offer learning and development opportunities across the UK within a multi-site operational setting
Embed Talent Management strategies
Appoint, quality assure and manage contracts with external training providers on behalf of the business
Oversee the development, maintenance and expansion of a Learning Management System, e-learning platform and learning library as part of the training offer
Manage and be accountable for the L&D budget
Support and provide dotted line management to regional trainers
