A fantastic opportunity has arisen in this prestigious institution for an HR Manager to support a client group of 150 employees on a term time only basis. This is a 20% strategic / 80% operational role.
Working as part of the HR function you will be responsible for a client group of 150. Key accountabilities shall include:
- Recruitment and selection of staff;
- Absence management;
- Management of the annual reward process;
- Maintain and advising on HR policies and procedures;
- Advising on all ER related queries as required;
- Contributing to HR Data Reports;
- Advise and support key stakeholders on all areas;
- Coaching and advising line managers as required.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of generalist operational HR and be comfortable working with a consultative approach. You will have previous experience working within professional services and will be comfortable working autonomously.
£50,000 - £55,000
