A leading global insurance organisation requires an HR Operations/Service Delivery Manager to join the business on a 12 month basis. This role will manage the onshore relationship with the HR Delivery Team based in the Global Shared Service Centre, ensuring that the service meets high quality standards. Whilst also working on future system enhancements and changes to Workday to deliver an excellent employee experience.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the onshore relationship with the Global Shared Service Centre
  • Develop continuous improvement strategies that deliver greater customer outcomes
  • Identify and design service enhancement improvements. Contributing to the HR Digital delivery and governance framework
  • Act as a Workday super user, being a go-to specialist for Workday and Process issues and challenges within HR
  • Governance of the case management tool for HR ensuring SLA's are met
  • Overseeing escalated enquires
  • Deliver expert advice and guidance
  • Actively coach and mentor on new and existing processes to build knowledge and expertise in the team
  • Identify knowledge gaps and work with the offshore Process Leads to build action plans
  • Lead the writing, review and redesign where appropriate of working desktop procedures
  • Working understanding of all legislative and company policies and guidelines
  • Manage the relationship with external vendors, where applicable
  • Provide Non UK HR Operations support
  • Working in partnership with onshore teams such as Payroll, Reward, ER
  • Providing support and audits on key operational processes such as immigration and Fit & Proper
  • Support the various audits within HR on key HR processes and activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a HR Operations related role
  • Workday experience
  • A track record of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships within an global business and across many different stakeholder groups.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with an offshore partner
  • Detailed knowledge of HR Service processes and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • CIPD qualification
