Senior Reward Analyst 12month FTC
Maintain and design the processes behind and use of group-wide databases and spreadsheets covering all aspects of the reward process including job evaluation, salary data and other compensation and benefits as required. Be responsible, in conjunction with the Reward Analyst, for the production and analysis of relevant global HR management information for Senior Management, and to produce the core data set used to underpin global reward process.
Aid in the planning, delivery and communication of the annual global reward timetable and processes, including the annual salary review, bonus terms and long-term incentive plans. Develop and design reward policy and remuneration schemes, as well as providing complex analytical support and modelling across the group Provide support to the Reward Manager and Head of Reward.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have proven experience in manipulating large data sets in Excel
Carried out analysis on complex compensation schemes
Have proven experience in Exec & City based remuneration, Research, Analysis and modelling Degree educated or equivalent - ideally in Computer Science or numerical based subject Advanced HR System and Management Information reporting
Advanced Excel skills (Macros and VBA)
