About the role
EGL have a clear goal, to become a world class mail order and digital retailer. We are already on our way but need an ambitious and innovative Resourcing Manager to develop our employer brand and ensure we attract the right talent for now and the future.
As Resourcing Manager, you will have one direct report to support you in your success, however your key focus on joining will be to pull together a resourcing plan that offers a broad range of recruitment and selection methods, sourcing of an ATS system, and maximises the tools available to ensure a clear resourcing process is in place. Processes are not everything though, and your focus will also be to take the lead on developing the employer brand, promoting EGL as the great place to work that it is, and utilising on-line media to raise the employer brand profile. As the champion of the Employer brand you will work proactively with Hiring Managers to ensure the right decisions are made and support them with senior recruitment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to speak with in-house recruiters who have experience within a financially regulated retail brand, or a sector with a challenging mix of high volume recruitment and head office functions. We will be looking to hear how you have developed innovative and successful resourcing solutions, utilising your digital and on-line media skills. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has started to work more strategically in your current role but wish to be developed further in a role that offers a long-term career path.
