Senior European Reward Manager
Our client is a leader in the hospitality/ leisure industry and are looking to recruit and experienced Reward Manager to join their team to support a cross-Europe client base and lead on a number of key projects.
- The company is currently going through a major M&A programme and one of the key aspects of this role will to be as a member of the Project Team to support the integration of a number of reward structures.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that there are consistent reward policies and practices across their European workforce – including job evaluation, job levelling and salary benchmarking.
- You will be the lead advisor for job offer negotiations, salary reviews and bonus payments.
- You will provide advice on international mobility and expat policies.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced reward specialist who has experience of working in a European environment. You will be a strong communicator, able to work with HR and Reward colleagues, business managers and 3rd party consultants.
