Better Placed HR are excited to be working with a great organisation based in Nottingham to recruit an HR Assistant to join their. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant to gain exposure to a high level of operation and get involved in some exciting project work.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will support the HR function and employees across the business with generalist queries. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HR function across all generalist activities. You will coordinate all recruitment activity, arranging interviews, booking rooms and vetting candidates. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries from employees across the business, providing them with first line support. You will complete all administration work for ER issues and occasionally provide advice when appropriate and note take in meetings.
This is a true generalist position that involves some great project work and exposure to high level individuals. You will be part of a small team that is hugely valued by the business and dedicated to developing their individuals.
