HR Business Partner
One of the world's leading insurance and reinsurance business with operations globally are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their London business. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast pace and ever-changing business environment.
As a HR Business Partner you will be a dedicated business partner for a specific business area where you will plan, implement and support HR processes and projects whilst working at both an operational and strategic level to the business. You will need to build strong relationship at levels of management and provide sound advice and support to managers and employees.
To be successful within this role you will need up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice as well as the ability to influence managers at all levels. You will need strong experience dealing with complex issues as well as an outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Candidates will ideally be coming from large blue-chip organisations and will need to be able to demonstrate their business partnering experience. This would also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist looking to make their first steps into a HR Business Partnering role.
