Payroll & HR Co-ordinator - £38-45K - 12 Month FTC - Liverpool St

Based near Liverpool Street, my financial services client represents a leading player in the global and UK market.

Due to a maternity cover, they are in pursuit of a HR & Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team on a 12 month assignment.

Sitting within HR, this role will involve -

processing payroll of 700 UK employees on a monthly basis

assisting HR BPs with general admin when required and other HR generalist duties

manging payroll and the release of monthly files

liaising with finance

providing company benefits information to staff and handling all related payroll queries

assisting with HR benefits administration

To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -

be proficient in using Peoplesoft

exposure to ADP Freedom will be highly regarded (not essential)

enjoy working in a small team

enjoy interacting with the great business and relevant stakeholders

take pride in their work

have a background involving both payroll and HR generalist duties
