The Opportunity
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with a global leader to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to be based out of their prestigious offices in Spain.

You will work as a strategic partner, coach and change agent to senior leadership teams (global business units and functions), supporting the development and delivery of business plans to enable the businesses to innovate and generate sustainable growth though their people both now and in the future.

With a strong HR background and a result driven attitude; you will work closely with the leadership team to facilitate the HR strategy and people plan, with a particular focus on organisation design and development, resourcing, capability, culture and people development.

The successful candidate will be currently working within a similar level role and within a blue chip and ideally global organisation. Along with being a collaborative team player who is a proven strategic Business Partner, you will possess high levels of drive and energy. You will have a pragmatic approach, thrive on a challenge and constantly strive for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

The ability to translate vision into action is imperative as is well-honed communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Spanish or other language skills are advantageous but not essential.

What's on offer?
This position is looking to pay €70,000 - €90,000 + Bonus as well as relocation support.
