HR Advisor - 9 month FTC
My client is looking to hire an HR Advisor on a 9 month FTC to cover a period of maternity. This company is based close to Bath, and in commuting distance of Bath and Chippenham and surrounding areas. You must be able to start immediately (latest mid-November) with the contract finishing in August 2018.
Reporting to the HR Director and supporting an employee headcount of c.150, the role covers a full HR generalist remit including: UK employment legislation and employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, communicating HR policies, HRIS, managing the training calendar, performance, payroll and benefits administration. The position is all supported by an HR Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess CIPD qualifications with previous experience of working at HR Advisor level. This will include UK employment legislation and HR procedures and policies. An effective communicator and team player with a strong focus on delivery, you will be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. You must be available to start by mid-November at the latest.
