Interim Compensation Analyst
A global professional services firm are looking to appoint an experienced Compensation Analyst on an interim basis to start asap to support the annual compensation review in and outside of the UK and work on a range of projects.
Key deliverables include:
- Support the annual compensation review cycle for client groups
- Support the delivery of a variety of compensation projects e.g. job titles/codes, annual benchmarking/pre-planning, salary structure, bonus and LTI targets review/development, and review and monitoring of the recognition program.
- With the Compensation Manager partner with HR Partners and various leadership teams to identify and address current and emerging total compensation trends and issues. Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans, which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
- Work in projects or sub-streams on specific compensation initiatives or processes
Experience working in a similar, analytical role is essential for this contract. You will need to be available ASAP to start and experience of financial or professional services experience is desirable.
