This HR Generalist role based in Liverpool is a fantastic opportunity for a HR individual to progress within an expanding company. Based in the Head Office, you will be reporting to the Head of HR to help provide advise to both employees and managers.

The key responsibilities are to:
-Provide strong generalist support in both meetings and casework investigations
-Act as an intermediary between other departments and the HR team
-Act as the first point of contact for line managers and other middle managers throughout the company
-Be a company ambassador, creating good rapport with employees
The successful candidate should be:
-Have 4 years' experience within a HR function
-Experienced with HR system HRIS
-Experience of working with Senior Managers on HR processes
