Mayfield is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of HR within the School. This is a full-time position working closely with the Bursar and Headmistress to provide wide and varied HR advice and support.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with proven experience in a broad range of HR disciplines. Current knowledge of employment law and compliance is essential and familiarity with producing a variety of contracts highly desirable. Appreciation of the ethos of the School and experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
Mayfield is a Catholic independent boarding and day School for 375 girls aged 11-18 years, set in 75 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, less than 50 miles from London, 40 minutes from Gatwick and 15 minutes from the charming historic town of Tunbridge Wells.
