Protect our future

You’ve gone long enough in your career journey to know what you care about. If it’s working in the public sector in a highly specialised area, take a look at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.

We’re the special police force responsible for nuclear sites and nuclear materials, so what we do is very, very important not just for now, but for the future too. Take this key recruitment role, and you’ll play your part in our complex challenge.

In this key leadership role you’ll deliver a strategic step change in learning and training across the
organisation, both in terms of professionalisation and culture. You’ll have an important impact on the security of the country as you take ownership for learning and development across the organisation and drive changes in culture and performance.

You’ll come to us with a degree in human resources, training and development or similar together with substantial relevant experience. It’s likely you’ll be MCIPD qualified with extensive experience of the management and leadership of a large learning and development function for an emergency service. Your flair for working with digital learning technologies will make you stand out.

If you can bring vision and dedication to our challenge, we would like to hear from you.

Closing Date:  22nd October 2017
