Executive Compensation Analyst
A leading global financial services firm, looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their Executive Compensation team.
- Support in the design and management of global executive reward and incentives programmes
- Provide support to the HR team on structuring compensation packages for the executive population
- Assist during the annual compensation review process with regards to the executive and international employee base
- Liaise with HMRC on tax technical areas of employee compensation e.g. reporting, exemptions etc
- Provide assistance to the Global Mobility team on the employee lifecycle
- Work closely with the Global Mobility team to support on policies, processes, preparing assignee packages etc
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- ATT/CTA qualification desirable
- Experience in Executive Reward design preferred
- Advanced user of MS Excel, high numerate and strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills
