A leading global financial services firm, looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their Executive Compensation team.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the design and management of global executive reward and incentives programmes
  • Provide support to the HR team on structuring compensation packages for the executive population
  • Assist during the annual compensation review process with regards to the executive and international employee base
  • Liaise with HMRC on tax technical areas of employee compensation e.g. reporting, exemptions etc
  • Provide assistance to the Global Mobility team on the employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with the Global Mobility team to support on policies, processes, preparing assignee packages etc

Required Skills/Attributes

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • ATT/CTA qualification desirable
  • Experience in Executive Reward design preferred
  • Advanced user of MS Excel, high numerate and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills
