Background to Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Technology Team. The Resource Solutions Technology team aims to provide the best possible support and technology services to Resource Solutions. The technology solutions that we provide enable many of the functions in the recruitment process to be automated and available on-line, and this includes technology for the recruitment teams, their clients, the clients hiring managers, temporary and contractor workers and recruitment agencies.



Role Specification

  • Own the technical work streams for new technology implementations
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for implementations of 3rd party technologies to supplement the main recruitment technology being utilised (i.e. Avature, Fieldglass, Sonru)
  • Draft and deliver technology work streams for implementation plans covering key delivery components including gap analysis between As-Is process (both technology and process) and definition of To-Be processes
  • Working with the Director of Business Applications to facilitate enhancement requests and ensure they are correctly documented for developers
  • Perform client demonstrations of the technology being rolled out to a client(s) to ensure that the client is engaged and the requirements for the client are gathered to complete the implementation correctly
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and end users to define and deliver technology implementations of varying size and complexity
  • Helping to ensure that technologies have been implemented are utilised in the correct manner and ensuring that user are up skilled to ensure maximum ROI for the technology been utilised
