Payroll & Benefits Manager - £45-50K 4-6 Month FTC - Chancery Lane A leading Construction and Management firm based in the City seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to work in a sole capacity reporting directly into the European HR Director. This role provides you with sole responsibility of the payroll offering as well as the ability to re-structure their Benefits offering. The role is as follows:Sole role reporting directly into the European HR DirectorSystems Used: Cintra, Agresso and ExcelThis is a start to finish payrollResponsibility for pay and reward strategy and operations encompassing 500 UK employees, 20 Irish and 10 Jersey.Budgetary and functional responsibility for all aspects of pay and benefitsReview and selection of all third party providers including medical cover, pension provision and life assuranceCustodian of European Benefits policy, including retention planning, design and implementationMust be able to maintain and develop relationships with VendorsMust be able to develop the relationship with AON (Brokers)Must have a strong understanding of TaxMust be able to do manual calculationsStrong communication skills and business partnering with all areas of the business (internal/external)Lots of MI reporting on a monthly and ad hoc basis This is a great opportunity for the right individual so candidates with the right skill set and experience will only be considered.
