A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute HR Business Partner to join a leading global manufacturer during an exciting period of growth.

Reporting to the Head of HR with a dual reporting line to the General Manager, the HR Business Partner will sit as part of the Management team , providing both strategic and operational HR advice supporting the achievement of business objectives. As an accomplished and commercially aware HR Business Partner, the role will provide generalist HR advice, dealing with complex employee relations cases, coaching and influencing managers in dealing with their people issues, stakeholder management, recruitment and restructuring as and when appropriate.

Applicants will ideally be CIPD qualified with a proven track record in operating as a generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner within a fast paced changing environment. Naturally you will have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law as well as policy development and best practice. With a drive to succeed, you will demonstrate good time management, effective communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.

The role offered as a 12 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
