A well-known and highly reputable Biotech business in Cambridge is looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Team Leader to join their busy Shared Services Team to line manage a small team and provide advice and guidance across the business on various HR issues including administrative support and advising on queries to do with the HRIS they use in the company.

Experience within HR is essential as this person will need to have prior knowledge of contracts, policies, recruitment, new starters, and generalist HR issues so that they can advise on queries accordingly. Good knowledge of HRIS's would also be highly beneficial as this person will be one of the go to people for issues regarding the HRIS such as uploading new employee information on to it. Previous Line management experience and experience within a shared services environment would also be beneficial for this position.

This person will need an enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working attitude who is passionate about doing the best job they can do and is self-motivated and credible. This is a new position and therefore there will be the opportunity for this person to make the role their own, therefore a good sense of initiative and the confidence to put forward new ideas and suggestions will be key. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
