They have both print media brands and digital media brands and are seeking a Recruitment Manager for their headquarters in London.
Your new role
As Recruitment Manager, in your new role it will be your responsibility to manage the recruitment process and to support line managers throughout the company, in order to facilitate the highest quality appointments. You will work alongside Senior HR Business Partners to reduce the recruitment net spend, through direct hires and also manage the PSL. The online business profile requires positive reinforcement and you must survey employees to develop a strategy surrounding means of attracting the best talent.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the ability to work to tight deadlines. We are seeking an exceptionally organised and educated individual to work closely with managers and lead the recruitment process. You must have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and will assist multiple HR functions including drafting job descriptions, task analysis and salary benchmarking. Negotiation, consulting and presentation skills in conjunction with exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of psychometric and aptitude testing would be advantageous.
