HRM - Fast growing SME
My client is a financial services firm going through a significant period of growth. Having opened new offices in Australia the US and Singapore, they are also expanding further in Europe and have a new office secured in France. They are looking for a London based HRM who can build on their HR offering in a standalone role and truly Global remit.
Reporting into the Head of EMEA, you will be responsible for shaping HR strategy and supporting through continuous growth as well has hands on operational support. You will also be responsible for hiring and overseeing an HR Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a standalone role in a similar financial services firm. Strategic as well as operational experience is essential. You will be a self-starter that is happy to liaise at a senior level but who can equally roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Previous Global experience would also be advantageous.
