A Global Business based in London are looking to recruit a Reward Manager on a permanent basis.
You will advise the direction of the reward strategy and processes as well as the full responsibilities of a generalist reward role (Compensation, Benefits, Incentives, Annual Salary Reviews, Benchmarking, Budgetting, Market Analysis). There will also be a number of projects alongside the BAU responsibilities which will include assisting the Head of Reward as well as leading on your own projects as the business is currently going through a period of change.
This role comes with a salary between £60,000 and £70,000 depending on experience along with a competitive benefits package. This is an opportunity for a senior analyst ready to make the step into a Reward Manager position or an existing Manager looking to join a business that is a market leader in their field.
