Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be partnering with one of the top professional services company based in Birmingham, who are looking for an Employee Services Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the Employee Services Manager, your main responsibilities will include but no limited to:

  • Process all administration relating to employment both during and ending of service

  • Ensure compliance with the firms policies are upheld and best HR practice is utilised at all times

  • Carry out employment validations

  • Action various reports as needed

  • Liaise with the Payroll and Benefits team on a regular basis

  • Deliver excellent service in line with all HR processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous HR administration experience, ideally within a service delivery environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Knowledge of operational HR systems

  • GCSE qualification or above
