Interim Reward Consultant
A Reward Consultant is required for an initial 6 month Interim contract. This is very much a reward implementation role. Other accountabilities will include:
Investigate annual pay and benefits scheme.
Analyses the effectiveness of current incentive plans and bonus schemes.
External bench marking.
Reward Policy and advice.
The successful candidate needs to have significant experience in Compensation and Benefits implementation and introduction of new reward systems. A background working in large complex organisations is highly desirable. This role is to start asap. For more information, please contact me directly.
