Michael Page HR is working with one of Kent's leading employers to recruit an MI Analyst. Working as part of the HR team you will you will provide data analysis around key metrics to provide management with comprehensive information to guide decision making and planning.

Client Details

Our client is a large service provider based in Kent, they offer an excellent working environment working within a small, supportive team.


As HR MI Analyst you will be responsible for producing analysis and reports on a number of key metrics which will include areas such as sickness, absence, staff turnover and leavers. This will require you to develop existing reports and to look at how the current system can be used more effectively. You will be involved in key HR projects, working closely with the HR Director.

This is a new role for a growing business where you will have the opportunity to really develop the role and make it your own.


In order to be considered for this role you will have a background in HR data analysis and will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and presentation skills. Strong Excel skills are a requirement - including the ability to use basic coding, v-look-up and pivot tables.

Job Offer

Basic salary up to £33,000
