Regional Recruitment Manager
Our client is a growing retail company with branches across the whole of the UK. They are looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager to come on board and support them with their expansive growth plans over the next 4 years.

Our client is going through a period of expansion and is looking for an experienced recruiter to join them to enable them to continue with their growth plans. You will play an integral role in developing and shaping the recruitment process and strategy across the entire business. You role as Regional Recruitment Manager will see you travel out to newly opened branches (12 in 2018) to support them with all things recruitment.
You will be responsible for developing a direct resourcing model and will focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.

As the Regional Recruitment Manager for our retail client you will be comfortable with extensive travel across the whole of the UK as you will need to visit each new branch opening to support with recruitment. You will be a highly organised individual who is comfortable working fairly autonomously, someone with the ability to work on their own initiative and remotely would suit the position.
Ideally you will have previous experience recruitment, particularly in retail and will have had some exposure to new branch openings - this isn't essential but will be highly beneficial.
A base salary of up to £35,000 is on offer along with a company car.
