Senior Learning & Development Manager

Our client top 100 legal firm located in London are on the search for an experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager to join their business on a permanent basis starting ASAP. This is an exceptional opportunity for a L&D professional from a larger firm to join alternative firm of c.300 and be responsible for the full L&D strategy and budget for the business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of L&D solutions to all fee earners, business services and secretarial staff. You will be responsible for promoting L&D throughout the firm and setting and implementing the L&D strategy to ensure that Partners and staff at all levels are challenged, supported and developed to their full potential. You will also manage the L&D Coordinator who will assist you on a full time basis. This role will require training to be delivered at office locations in London.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working as a Senior Learning & Development Manager for a Legal firm / partnership environment
Prior experience of identifying learning needs and in designing comprehensive and practical learning solutions to meet business needs.
You will work in a way that encourages a collaborative, team-orientated culture ensuring you and the team maintain a client focused approach.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training courses.
Proactive and able to take responsibility and work on own autonomy as well as working as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
