HR Business Partner
Working for this fast growing global market leader in their field, there is a need to recruit a high calibre HR Business Partner in a newly created role.
With a new group HR leadership team, they are implementing a commercially aligned HR strategy to support year-on-year revenue growth with a focus on talent management and engagement.
Reporting into a Divisional HR Director in a matrix environment, you will support UK CEO and functional leadership across talent management, employee relations, capability development and performance management. You'll also have involvement in numerous projects including building succession and talent planning, and engagement and culture surveys.
The role demands a commercial HR Business Partner with excellent relationship management skills who will support a varied client group. Prior experience working in a virtual matrix environment is essential, as is the ability and confidence to work independently and as part of a small HR team.
You will have a proven generalist HR track record of operational and tactical delivery within fast paced, agile corporate environments and be comfortable operating in a rapid change organisation. It would be advantageous to have prior experience within FMCG, Retail, Luxury Goods or Hospitality.
