My client is a nationwide leisure business who are currently looking to hire a HR and Benefits Advisor to join their West London head office on an interim basis. The role will start at short notice and initially be offered on a 4 month FTC basis. As HR Advisor you will join a busy team and be responsible for delivering support and assistant that contributes to the commercial success of the business. You will report to the HR Admin Manager and have a wide generalist remit.

Key Accountabilities

Support the HR Benefits manager with the management of company benefits including benefit renewals and administration

Manage all family related leave requests including maternity, paternity and adoption

Ensure all aspects of the company car fleet is effectively managed

Work with the payroll manage to audit the system on monthly payroll data and instruct corrections alongside assistant with process improvements

Support in the delivery of HR operational projects including annual pay reviews, maintaining structural chards and organising HR shared drives

Consistently deliver accurate and timely response to day to day queries

Provide support to the new starter and leaver process including supporting the induction process

Knowledge & Experience required

Previous experience in a busy and diverse HR support role within a head office environment

Experience of managing family related policies, processes and administration

Previous experience of managing the administration of employee benefits

Experience of working in an environment where there is a high volume workload

Experience providing first line support to manager across the business

Strong system and excel skill required
