HR Change Partner
Working closely with the Change team, the role of the HR Change Partner is to implement the change into the wider business and work closely with line managers to support them through this period of time.
My client is a fast paced private organisation in West Yorkshire.
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate would be to work closely with the current change team and take their vision and strategy and implement the changes into the wider business. This is very much focused on delivery and is a hands-on operational role with a real focus on taking ownership of your specific area and implementation.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Minimum 3 years of implementing/driving change into business.
- Available to start in November for a 12 month fixed-term contract
- CIPD qualification
- Confident to work in a stand-alone role, taking ownership and working closely with the change team.
£38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
