Macildowie HR is excited to be working in partnership with well known and respected business in Warwickshire looking for a L&D Advisor on , FTC basis. This is a newly created position that will give someone the opportunity to take lead in creating the L&D structure within the business and has really exciting scope and vision, reporting directly to the Head of HR. This role is paying up to £32,000 on a 12 month FTC.


The Role


You will be developing the L&D structure within the business and supporting the Head of HR installing new courses processes, completing analysis of compliance data and developing effecting learning programmes for all employees. You will need to liaise with departmental managers in order to create courses around up skilling line management and refresher courses. You will review and expand the professional qualification support programme and also take a responsibility in implementing the onboarding process for new starters. Alongside implementing this you will be required to undertake any ad-hoc L&D projects as directed by the Head of HR, such as involvement in the graduate programme, and the building of a new training handbook.


You will also be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D activity and supporting HR Managers and HR Advisers by building effective relationships with line managers and identify individual and collective training needs to ensure best practice solutions are available to all employees.

The Candidate


To be successful in this role, you will have had previous L&D experience and feel comfortable with developing and delivering training, with development of some L&D strategy being key. You must be extremely organised and have the ability to work collaboratively with other people across the business. You will ideally have experience with managing projects as this will be a focus within the role and must be committed to providing a great level of service to your colleagues.
