A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading care organisation, for a HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in Castleford.

The company are going through an exciting period of change and are looking for an experience HR professional who can come in to the role and hit the ground running.

In this role you will maintain all documentation and HR systems, deal with any basic HR queries and organise meetings and diaries for the team. You will also be responsible for being the first point of contact for the HR department and ensure all post, emails and phone calls are passed to the relevant person. This is with a view of the role progressing into an HR Advisor role.

What you need:

  • Experience within a HR role.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
  • HR knowledge.
