Macildowie HR are working with a leading business in Leicester as they look for an L&D Coordinator to join their team! This is a permanent position offering up to £20,000, dependent on experience, and a whole host of great benefits! Ideally after an immediate start so you must be immediately available or on a short notice.

The Role

You will ensure the smooth implementation of all welcome events for the business and complete the day to day administrative tasks which contribute towards fulfilling this goal

Managing internal courses effectively, providing a reliable support for the Team Coaches and ensuring the smooth running of Courses, Workshops and internal programmes will play a large part in this role

You will also need to ensure good relationship with external training partners leading to smooth processes in provision of adequate number of external courses to meet business requirements

Ensure completion and submission of accurate Learning & Development Accounts to the Sytner Group Accounts Team whilst working with L&D Manager in supporting L&D team and Head of L&D.

The team are going through an exciting time at the moment as they are working on modernizing their LMS currently so you will get involved with this from day one!

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have previous experience working within a similar professional environment for the past 2-3 years
  • Have L&D experience, within a generalist format is fine
  • Be looking for a really varied and challenging role
  • Able to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
  • Have an outgoing personality with a can do attitude
  • Have initiative and want to take on challenges
  • Be credible and confident in experience
