Investigo HR is pleased to partner a leading FMCG business who require a Senior Regional HR Advisor to partner their Southern division and Bedfordshire Head Office.
Reporting in to the HR Business Partner and ultimately the HR Director, this role will take responsibility for providing a full Generalist service to a client base of c.300 staff. Supported by a HR Administrator in Head Office, you will work autonomously across your region, providing a full HR service to the Operational Management.
The role of a Regional Advisor will be to partner with the operation management team across the South of England and Head Office. You will be accountable for providing pragmatic HR support to the business, driving the HR agenda to meet the commercial needs.

Graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified/part-qualified, you will have worked within fast paced and challenging businesses.
Although a Generalist, your career to date will have included high levels of Employee Relations case management. You must have a coaching and mentoring style, developing line managers HR capability whilst managing extreme cases.
This role requires travel up to 4 days per week across a number of sites and there you will have either worked in a regional capacity previously or be comfortable with travel.
