My client a leading construction brand are looking to recruit for an ER Advisor on a 4-6 week contract
Working in busy team HR team of 16 you will be expected to:
- Manage and resolve escalated employee relations enquiries and cases.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all ER queries- managing cases from end to end
- Interpreting and explaining HR policies
- Work with other specialists to identify areas for process improvement
To carry out this role you must be an ER specialist with at least 2 years' experience in this field. Ideally you will be immediately available, but my client is willing to consider candidates on short notice periods. You must have the ability to manage and resolve Employment Tribunals cases.
